Our Story
The inception of My Kid's Radius was a result of the pain and struggle we went through as parents. Our daughter was going through routine school timings of 6 AM-2 PM and was getting increasingly interested in indoor activities like watching TV, chatting with friends etc.
We could see the compounded effect of Delhi NCR pollution and physical inactivity taking a toll on her physique and overall health. So, we started looking for sports activities nearby and tried Taekwondo, badminton and then football. We could clearly see the improvement in her health and enthusiasm.
While searching for activities, we understood that if there was an internet platform which could do this search for us, and had a hassle-free way to choose activities nearby, many parents could be benefited.
Therefore, here we are, a platform formed by parents who happen to also be IIT Delhi alumni with experience in the education and technology sector.
Our Vision
In India, steep competition to get into medical colleges, IITs and NITs often brings in a one-directional focus on education while largely neglecting a child's personal mental and physical growth.
At My Kid's Radius, we hope to create an ecosystem that closely connects satisfied parents and smart, healthy children with happy providers.
We plan to bring community discussions, clear rating algorithms, and chats between providers and users to create an environment where both sides can grow together.
